Previous Public Art Projects Yes Public, Private or Both Cooperative in-kind funding from Auburn Recreation and Parks Department and the US Bureau of Reclamation, othe funding from private donations. Artist Statement Public art should be designed for a specific site and provide the viewer with a sense of the history or current vibrancy of that place. I love public art that can not be consumed in a single view, pieces that have hidden views or messages that are revealed over time and many return visits. I love art that is part of landscapes that can be touched, sat on, stood on or walked through.
